Designing and building AI tools that fundamentally change how sellers create, personalize, and deliver customer experiences.

To address a growing gap in enterprise sales — the inability to personalize at speed without sacrificing quality — I designed and built a suite of AI-powered tools that allow sellers to generate demos, slides, videos, and even fully customized Zoom environments tailored to each customer.

This work goes beyond experimentation. I personally designed, built, and deployed production-grade AI tools used by sales teams in real deals.

Project Overview

Sales teams are under constant pressure to personalize — especially in enterprise deals — but most tools force an impossible tradeoff between speed and relevance.

The goal of this work is to remove that tradeoff entirely.

I design and build AI-powered systems that allow sellers to generate customer-specific sales assets on demand, including:

  • AI-customized demo videos
    Demo videos with tailored product usage and custom voiceovers generated using ChatGPT and ElevenLabs, designed to reflect how a specific customer would actually use the product.
  • A synthetic, AI-generated Zoom environment
    A fully interactive Zoom workspace populated with customer-relevant tools, workflows, and resources, allowing buyers to experience Zoom in a context that mirrors their real environment.
  • An AI-driven deck customization tool
    A system that takes standard Zoom pitch decks and rewrites the copy slide by slide, tailoring language, emphasis, and examples to match the customer's business, priorities, and initiatives.

The result is a growing ecosystem of AI tools embedded directly into the sales workflow — enabling sellers to move faster while still showing up with relevance, polish, and credibility in executive conversations.

Design Process

The work starts by defining what should be automated — and what must remain intentional.

I design AI systems to handle scale and customization, while preserving human judgment where it matters most. Each system is built to:

  • Accept structured inputs about the customer, industry, and sales motion
  • Generate custom demos, slides, and videos aligned to that specific context
  • Preserve narrative structure and value positioning, not just surface-level copy
  • Maintain visual and experiential quality appropriate for executive audiences
