Designing and scaling customer-specific demos without losing relevance or polish.

To solve a core sales challenge — how to scale the most bespoke demo to hundreds of accounts — I designed and built a system that generates customer-tailored demo videos showcasing product use cases in the context of each buyer's business.

These demos adapt product flows, language, and emphasis based on the customer, with custom voiceovers generated using ChatGPT and ElevenLabs to reinforce clarity and professionalism. The result is a demo that feels intentionally built for the account — not templated or generic — while remaining fast enough to scale across teams.

This work combines value storytelling, software engineering, AI customization, and multimedia production. It isn't theoretical enablement. I personally built the systems sellers and executives use to deliver bespoke demos at scale.

Project Overview

Buyers expect to see products demonstrated in a way that reflects how they actually operate, not a generic walkthrough. The problem is that truly bespoke demos are usually hand-builtslow to produce, expensive to maintain, and impossible to scale beyond a few priority accounts.

The goal of this work is to scale a bespoke demo mindset across hundreds of accounts without sacrificing relevance or quality.

I build modular demo systems that adapt product flows, language, and emphasis based on each customer's context — allowing sellers to deliver demos that feel intentionally crafted for the account, while still moving at the speed required by real sales motions.

The result is a demo system that preserves the credibility and polish of a custom build, while making that level of personalization available across the organization.

Design Process

The work starts by designing the demo architecture, not the visuals.

I design reusable video demo frameworks built to explain product value clearly and persuasively when shared internally — helping customer champions sell the idea across stakeholders without a seller present.

Each framework is engineered to adapt without rebuilding the video itself. I build systems that:

  • Surface demo narration, labels, and callouts to a large language model
  • Rewrite the story to match a specific customer, industry, or use case
  • Adjust product scenarios to reflect how that customer would realistically use Zoom

To elevate credibility and polish, I integrate the ElevenLabs API to generate custom voiceovers — ensuring every demo feels intentional, professional, and appropriate for executive and internal circulation.

The result is a customer-specific demo video that champions can confidently share internally — preserving clarity, relevance, and momentum beyond the live meeting.
