Global Executive Briefing Centers
Designing, building, and scaling immersive executive experiences across four global locations.
Over a two-year period, I helped launch Zoom's Executive Briefing Centers in London, San Jose, Singapore, and Tokyo. The work spanned physical space design, executive journey orchestration, narrative architecture, and the creation of deeply interactive, custom-built digital experiences — including software engineered for the largest curved touchscreens in the world.
This was not advisory work alone. I personally designed and built the systems executives interacted with on site.
Narrative Experiences Created
I designed and built interactive and compelling executive narratives customized at scale with AI. These narratives are used across four global centers and span industries, verticals, and product motions.
Quarterly Account Engagements
These centers are consistently used in high-stakes briefings with top-tier enterprise customers, supporting strategic conversations that influenced deal direction and executive alignment.
NPS
The centers maintain an NPS score of 92, showcasing consistently positive feedback from executives that reflects high engagement, clarity of story, and perceived value of the experience.
Project Overview
The Executive Briefing Centers were designed to host high-stakes conversations with C-level leaders from Zoom's most important customers. These environments needed to do more than "look impressive" — they had to clarify complex systems, tell a compelling value story, and actively support sales outcomes.
I joined the first center (London) one month before launch, under intense executive scrutiny. From that point forward, the work scaled globally across four centers, each with its own physical constraints, cultural context, and customer mix — while maintaining a consistent strategic narrative and experience quality.
The largest center featured 20+ screens, anchored by a 30-foot curved multi-touch display. Every surface was designed to support interaction, storytelling, and executive engagement — not passive viewing.

Design Process
The work started by defining the executive journey, not designing screens.
I was responsible for the narrative architecture that determined what executives encountered, in what sequence, and at what level of depth. That structure dictated every experience in the space — from physical layout to digital interaction.
From there, I personally designed and built the systems that delivered that journey, including:
- Built interactive installations that instantly engage executives and adapt to each customer's business.
- Created industry-specific value stories using video, graphics, and hands-on product demos.
- Engineered custom web apps that respond to customer input through touch, motion, and physics-based interaction.
- Collaborated with external agencies to tailor software and content systems to the centers' needs.
- Designed feedback systems that surfaced executive priorities and informed field strategy.
Because I led the team across strategy and execution, the experience stayed cohesive from intent through delivery.
