AI-Personalized Executive Presentations

Executive decks often fail not because they're poorly designed, but because they're still framed from the seller's point of view.

I design and build AI-powered presentation systems that take standard Zoom pitch decks and rewrite them for the customer — slide by slide. The language, examples, emphasis, and framing adapt to the customer's business, priorities, and initiatives, while preserving narrative structure and executive clarity.

These decks are built to support real buying conversations: clear, defensible, and unmistakably about the customer. I personally built the system sellers use to show up with presentations that feel intentional, relevant, and decision-ready — not generic or over-produced.

Project Overview

Buyers don't want to see a company's standard deck.
They want to see their priorities, their context, and their reality reflected back to them — regardless of deal size or segment.

Traditionally, achieving that level of relevance requires hours of manual work: rewriting copy, reframing slides, swapping screenshots, and layering in context. That approach doesn't scale, and it forces teams to choose between speed and quality.

The goal of this work is to make customer-specific decks the default, not the exception.

I design and build presentation systems that automatically adapt the story, language, and visuals of a deck to a specific customer — allowing sellers across the organization to move quickly while still showing up with clarity, relevance, and credibility.

The result is a scalable way to deliver decks that feel intentionally built for the customerwithout rebuilding them from scratch each time.

Design Process

The work starts by designing the narrative system, not the slides.

I create presentation frameworks where customer-specific language is designed to change dynamically, while the underlying story arc, executive flow, and decision logic remain intact.

From there, I build a custom AI tool that:

  • Accepts structured input about the prospect, industry, and use case
  • Rewrites all deck copy to be explicitly customer-centric, not product-centric
  • Adds contextual comments that explain why specific framing and language choices were made
  • Ensures the narrative consistently anchors on the customer's goals, priorities, and challenges — not Zoom's feature set

To reinforce relevance visually, I integrate AI tooling that customizes product screenshots — tailoring labels, examples, and scenarios so the product is shown exactly as that customer would use it.

Faster Customization

Time saved turning a standard deck into a customer-aligned narrative using AI, measured across users and deals.

Increase in Customization

Customer language, priorities, and framing rewritten across the full narrative — not just dropping in their logo.

Consistency

AI tooling ensures customer-centric framing regardless of individual deck-building skill.

Implementation & Results

The presentation system is now used to generate highly tailored executive decks across accounts and industries.

Key outcomes include:

  • Dramatically reduced time spent customizing decks
  • More consistent, higher-quality executive narratives
  • Stronger alignment between seller messaging and customer priorities
  • Increased confidence in executive-level meetings

What used to be a manual, error-prone process is now a repeatable systemwithout sacrificing relevance or credibility.
